"I've often wondered what my old school friends are doing now;
I totally lost touch when I left home back in 1988, and I very rarely
bump into anybody I know when I visit Carlisle; I've chatted to
Jared Willoughby and Brendan Murphy once or twice and I see Gillian
Hay has a shop at the top of Lowther Street now, but I've more or
less lost touch with everyone.
I was surprised that
the school doesn't seem to have anything for ex-pupils on it's own
website (http://www.trinity.cumbria.sch.uk)
and if the class of '83 reunion ever happened, it happened without
me! I really thought that someone would have set up a website to
help ex-pupils get in touch with each other by now, but seemingly
not. An evaluation copy of Frontpage 2000 arrived on my desk at
work, my curiosity got the better of me and the XPN was born! I
apologise for the site being a bit scrappy at the moment - I'm learning
Frontpage as I go and some of the finer points such as the guest
book and the feedback form have got the better of me right now;
the web server does support the Frontpage extensions but I'm still
having problems, so please bear with me as I sort them out.
I'd appreciate submissions on absolutely anything connected with
the school - maybe you're in a position to write about how Trinity
was born out of the old grammar school, maybe you live nearby and
could take some digital photos for me, maybe you'd just like to
e-mail me your personal details. Whatever you've got to share -
be it a story, a photo, your details or anything else - please send
it to me. This site will succeed or fail depending on what you contribute.
I'm open to suggestions and happy to add anything to the site that
people might find useful - Nick Williamson".

As of August 2003,
the XPN has been given a brand new look and will be updated at least
once a fortnight, so please check back regularly and tell your friends
about the site; you can find it at http://trinity-xpn.co.uk
Cheers - I hope you
enjoy visiting the site.
